RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Items that are non-returnable include:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Opened or used supplies unless defective


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will refund both the item and shipping costs.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@harmoneyez.com with your order number and photos of the product.


RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If the item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
