Thank you for shopping with HarmoneyeZ! We are committed to ensuring that your office supply needs are delivered to you in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. Below is our full shipping policy:

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship office supply products from our international warehouses to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (where permitted).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard International 10–20 business days

Expedited International 5–10 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing delays, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions during certain campaigns or for orders above $77.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments to the U.S. may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your local government.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment.

Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

Please allow up to 15 days before contacting us, as international shipping delays can occur.

If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or replacement.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details:

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that are returned to us will be subject to re-shipping fees.

If your address needs to be changed after placing the order, please contact us within 24 hours.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Your order number

We will work quickly to offer a replacement or refund.
